Managed a product portfolio that made up one-third of the company’s product revenue. Accountable for achieving revenue and profit goals through complete product life-cycle management. Managed hardware, software and SaaS products that spanned multiple vertical markets and sold globally through a variety of B2B and B2C channels.

Directed and coordinated the global process of proposal development for all new business opportunities within the Integrated Media Systems division. Responsible for aligning product offerings with customer needs, analyzing the cost, timing, resources and risks associated with product development, and delivering detailed proposals to customers. Coordinated the activities of marketing, engineering, manufacturing and purchasing to book $2B in new business annually.
