Olivaw Technologies is a small consulting group that provides technology and business assistance to companies that require their own cloud-based products or services, with a strong emphasis on predictive analytics. We are cloud and AI architects and developers that draw from extensive product development and deployment experience.Recent projects include the design and often development of:- cost-sensitive, low-carbon computing deployment system,- cloud-based diversity training and marketplace systems, - biometric analysis analytics & augmented reality application for education, and- geolocation-based business operations optimization system. Specific work includes: - Google Cloud Platform (GCP) & Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud architecture design, - software development (primarily in Golang & Python), - analytics and dashboard visualization design, - software process design, and - software product staffing and cost model design.

Worked with an amazing team to develop CONTINUITY - a battery monitoring and management IoT system used to monitor 650,000 power locations globally - reducing 2000+ tons of CO2 emissions.CONTINUITY facilitated cost savings and reduced carbon dioxide (greenhouse gas) emissions for 80% of the North American cable communications market (corporate-wide at Comcast, Time Warner, Charter, etc.)Designed and developed the predictive algorithm and software for remaining battery runtime estimates for the CONTINUITY product. This algorithm provided the most accurate estimates in the cable industry.Prior to the rollout of the CONTINUITY product, I provided consulting to other companies as an: - acting CTO for a Semantic Web company (enLeague), - technical lead & software developer for a large customer support call center (Unisys/Bell South), and - engineer/architect for a nationwide broadband cable data service (IBBS).

Fields), corrected it, and wrote simulation software to prove the correctness of new model. Subsequently co-authored a peer-reviewed paper with Dr. Fields titled “Solar Collector Tilt Factor Charts for South Facing Surfaces.”Broadband Multimedia Research- Modeled multi-sensory online shopping scenarios for broadband multimedia network capabilitiesInternational Projects- Hong Kong Cable and Malaysian Time Telecom network-based product designs in Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur- Moscow-based Trans-Soviet Fiber Project as the project coordinator for a consortium of non-Soviet countries (i.e., Japan, New Zealand, Denmark, Germany, United Kingdom, and the United States).
