I am currently the Resident Engineer for Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Charles Carroll Plaza and Genesee Crossroads Parking Garage Roof Slab Reconstruction Project. This project consists of constructing a new elevated ADA-accessible span connecting the mid-level of the plaza on the west side of the river with the Sister Cities Bridge, constructing an ADA accessible ramp from the east side of the Sister Cities Bridge to Bragdon Place, demolishing the existing abutment, constructing a new abutment, removing and replacing the river railing along the west side of the river between East Main and Andrews streets, and removing and replacing site lighting on the bridge and along the west side of the river. I supervise an inspection staff and train or assist in the office engineering/inspector duties, such as preparing daily diaries, reviewing daily inspector reports, preparation of change orders, pay applications, certified payroll, time, and material sheets, writing meeting agendas, running project meetings and production of meeting minutes.

During my employment with TY Lin, I worked on several City of Rochester Street rehabilitation and/or reconstruction projects. As an Resident Project Representative I supervised an inspection staff and performed office engineering duties, such as preparing daily diaries, reviewing daily inspector reports, review of change orders, pay applications, change orders, certified payroll, time and material sheets, writing meeting agendas, running project meetings and production of meeting minutes.I served as Construction Inspector on many City of Rochester Street reconstruction projects. I provided inspection for the installation of water mains, hydrants, water services, catch basins, sewer installation and improvements, concrete sidewalk, stone curbing, full depth asphalt reconstruction, milling, street lighting, traffic signals, signage, and pavement markings. In addition, some of the projects required inspection for structural bridge painting, utility installation, and landscaping improvements. I also prepared daily inspection reports, assisted with office engineering, and trained other inspectors.
