I manage all marketing activities, an inbound call center, some national sales responsibilities, international relationships and some product development. This includes external resource management for SEO, PPC, email, etc and the development of a digital lead generation system that delivers significant value throughout our entire sales channel. I train and manage manufacturers sales representatives in several territories across the US and soon Mexico. Our digital lead system leverages technology as best we can across many tools - SugarCRM/SalesForce, CMS landing pages, drip email campaigns and an inbound call center. Managed $100k Shipping budget, identified process issues throughout the value chain and provided actionable solutions including improved P&L reports, performance tracking system for data entry division, quality control process for order fulfillment division, new product packaging and shipping process. Duties also included various database management and data mining projects as needed.
