About Jeff Cantrell, Mba

My name is Jeff Cantrell MBA and I am process focused leader with 26 years of experience in the factory-built construction industry.I am currently the Vice President of Manufacturing and Operations for Amherst LLC.I have designed, engineered, procured, built, installed, and serviced thousands of residential and commercial structures both domestic and internationally. I believe people are the heart of any company. Preparation is the key to any job and to quote President Lincoln “Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe”. I have overseen the construction of several million dollar’s worth of custom show homes for trade shows, including TED conventions and the International Builders Shows. I am skilled at developing self sustaining prosses that allow my departments to thrive and become benchmark setting operations. I use the hungry, humble, smart hiring philosophy and have hired and mentored several individuals into leadership roles. I believe that we are Americans not American’ts and with time, motivation, and money we can accomplish anything. I am passionate that factory-built construction is the key to providing affordable, sustainable, scalable, and green building solutions in the years to come.
