Started Design To Source, LLC. to aid individuals and/or companies through partnerships and consulting for the purposes of design, patent, trademark, branding, manufacturing and selling products domestically. Through 20+ years of traveling and developing key relationships in Asia, I have developed core competencies that include (but not limited too): sourcing, quality control, manufacturing of electronics, metal and plastic molding/fabrication, Textile/Apparel, Women's/Men's Fashion, Office and Home Furnishings, Food and Perishables, and packaging. My career began in the electronics industry by owning and directing Carlberg and Associates, a electronics manufacturers representative firm. Carlberg and Associates grew from 2 states to our expansion physically covering 4 states (S. California, Arizona, New Mexico and El Paso TX), the country of Mexico (offices in Guadalajara, Monterrey and Juarez) and China (office in Dongguan China). I began the process to sell Carlberg & Associates for the purpose of utilizing the vast resources of manufacturers/factories around the world that I had gained. I partnered with Hapari Swimwear and Activewear (managing partner, COO), @theOffice Furniture and consulted for other companies to assist and gain the competitive edge in state of the art, world class practices overseas.
