Direct, coach and mentor a group of software engineering, Quality Assurance and Documentation professionals. Work closely with the management team to set the strategic direction for the development team and individual product roadmaps.- Ensure that Software Engineering team performance delivers quality products on time according to pre-defined requirements- Lead continuous improvement efforts with each product, including the supportability and usability of the products and solution- Oversee Quality Assurance and Documentation process and its incorporation with development- Enforce software development best practices, and deploys a process for software releases- Interact with Sales, Technical Support, and Professional Services teams in receiving customer feedback regarding product enhancements for future development and providing technical assistance to various teams- Communicates with Executive management team regarding the current situation of the Development team and make suggestions and find solutions that are required- Lead the process in ensuring key products are able to be sold and used in a SaaS environment
