Their main focus is to conduct phone and personal interviews to qualify IT consultants for positions within our Fortune 1000 company clients. Additional responsibilities include sourcing, screening, checking managerial references, completing paperwork and billing.As “account managers in training,” recruiters also develop their sales and account management skills by working closely with their Account Manager mentor. This important, on-the-job training gives Recruiters the ability to confidently represent our company’s services and to deliver superior dedication to client service. Recruiters are typically promoted to Account Manager within approximately eight months of starting.
