When I came to Woodland Hills, it was at the bottom of the ranking in sales and profitability for not only the Western Region, but for the entire country. I think there was one branch behind us in the nation, that had just been opened a few months. Through some great hires and team builiding, we steadily moved up through the charts. Five years later, we ended up as the number one Branch in the West Region, and the number one Branch in the country in Solution Sales. In that catagory we lead the entire year for total Sales Revenue, both total Gross Profit & percentage of Gross Profit, and total units. I attribute that to the incredibly talented group of sales people and managers we were blessed to bring on board, as well as a dedicated and talented group of service and administration people.

I was recruited by Craig Wiegman, President of Ameritech, to develop a digial color/solutions team. We quickly became Ricoh's Top Color Dealer in the Western US. It was a great experience in many ways, "Wigs" leadership was the best. We not only sold lot's of Ricoh color units, we combined software solutions that were way ahead of the market. One such hardware/solution sale was in excess of two million dollars. Later, when Ameritech was merged with other companies as IKON Office Solutions, I got to manage a fantastic color sales team in the Greater LA Area that sold both Ricoh and Canon color, with even more software partners, also under Mr. Wiegmans outstanding leadership as President of IKON in Irvine, CA.
