Responsible for managing the delivery of all IT services for this line of business, including developing solutions to meet business needs, project management, portfolio management, change management, issue management, and production support.

Set strategy and objectives for a club of 20+ members. Led a team of six officers to achieve Select Distinguished Club status, the first Distinguished designation for this club in five years.

Led the IT Program Management Office. Also, built and led teams of up to 30 people delivering customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities to a global sales force utilizing Siebel and other package solutions.
