Having recently retired as the President and CEO of the Racine Family YMCA in Wisconsin where he turned a broken YMCA into a well-respected, highly trusted community organization, Jeffrey L. Collen worked as the CEO, CFO, and COO for both for profit and non-profit organizations in Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Mexico, and Texas. Prior to joining the business world, Jeff coached swimming, working with many national champions, world record holders and Olympians. Jeff holds a Master’s of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and has been part of the teaching faculties at Wisconsin, New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico, Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas and St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
