I have accumulated 12 years in project management in the field of information technology, as a manager in the field of digital marketing and in management of real estate projects. My training and experiences, combined with certifications like Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) and SAFe Agilist (SA), make me a seasoned project manager.I have worked both in the government and private sector in addition to managing my own businesses. I am therefore able to plan, coordinate, control and execute projects in varied and complex contexts, both from a budgetary and organizational point of view.I recently worked as the lead project manager at the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ) on several projects, including two major projects. One of these was a project to implement a software aimed at enhancing the integrity of the Corporation's photo bank and better controlling the risk of fraud. This project, managed in agile mode and with a scope of 8,058 d-p, required excellent collaboration with an external supplier as well as meticulous risk management in order to comply with the various governmental, security and legal constraints related to the project.I am a perfectionist at heart and I pay attention to the smallest details. Having been an entrepreneur myself, I am able to withstand the pressure, put myself in my employer's shoes and give more than what is asked in order to achieve the company's objectives. I adapt well to changes, communicate my ideas clearly, respect deadlines and I have a very developed analytical side. I am resourceful, autonomous and I integrate well in collaborative mode within multidisciplinary teams. My work experiences in agile and traditional methodology allow me to fully understand the complexity of an organization and a project program, which allows me to manage its mandates adequately by responding concretely to the needs of the client, users and business units at the lowest possible cost.I am also a digital marketing expert providing innovative digital solutions through the company Vlevo Media. My main objective is to create and optimize the digital presence of my clients so that they reach their goals quickly. I simplify their workload and help them generate more revenue by staying on top of all new digital marketing trends and strategies.
