• Maintain corporate network for more than 30+ retail and convenience store locations over fiber and T1 connectivity.

• Perform software and hardware rollout projects for the major financial institutions in the Midwest, such as Bank of America, PNC Bank, US Bank, BMO Bank, and Busey Bank and Trust
• Perform system upgrades to existing bank security systems, including pulling low voltage cabling, device termination, and cutovers.
• Troubleshoot and repair any found related issues of hardware and software during the above upgrades and implantation projects to eliminate the need to call out service techs.
• Installation of close circuit cameras, cabling, and DVR recording devices.

• Troubleshoot and repair all POS systems and Back Office Lexmark printers for several major retailers such as Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, JC Penny, Kohl’s, Kmart, Sears, Starbucks, and many more.
• Work with helpdesk and Network Operation Center for installation and replacement of Cisco switches and routers for the above retailers along with cable tracing and locating.
• Maintain all front and back end NCR and IBM POS systems in a busy retail environment with maximum transparency.
• Diagnoses and repair of ATM issues for Bank of America, Regions Bank, Chase, and Wells Fargo.
• Work in a remote office environment from my home using a laptop, RIM device and service van. All service calls come directly to the technicians RIM and are expected to be handled without direct supervision.
• Diagnoses of the issues, order the correct hardware/parts, installation of the part(s) to resolve the issues and then perform proper return logistics within 7 days.
