• Troubleshoot and repair all POS systems and Back Office Lexmark printers for several major retailers such as Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, JC Penny, Kohl’s, Kmart, Sears, Starbucks, and many more.• Work with helpdesk and Network Operation Center for installation and replacement of Cisco switches and routers for the above retailers along with cable tracing and locating.• Maintain all front and back end NCR and IBM POS systems in a busy retail environment with maximum transparency.• Diagnoses and repair of ATM issues for Bank of America, Regions Bank, Chase, and Wells Fargo.• Work in a remote office environment from my home using a laptop, RIM device and service van. All service calls come directly to the technicians RIM and are expected to be handled without direct supervision.• Diagnoses of the issues, order the correct hardware/parts, installation of the part(s) to resolve the issues and then perform proper return logistics within 7 days. • Work with GM’s, SGM’s and Executive Account Managers to maintain the “Customer Delight” model set forth by NCR Corporation for our customers.• Installation of new retail and financial equipment, including registers, scanner/scales, controllers, kiosks, ATM and other currency auditing machines.• Responsible for opening ATM safes after hours to clear bill jams, resolve hardware failures, and keep units in working order at all times while maintaining a high level of security.• Maintain positive SLA (Service Level Agreement) numbers of 80% or above on hundreds of major account contracts. This includes first visit resolution, response times, and resolve times for all work orders.
