Perform supervision duties for up to 12 staff which support up to 15 individuals with disabilities in a semi-independent living environment. Develop and track progress towards goals and objectives. Maintain client information resources. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly audits of client and staff progression. Function as the Developmental Disabilities Professional for the 15 individuals served.

I assisted individuals with mental illnesses remain independent and develop skills to cope with their symptoms. I assisted in the development of treatment plans and objectives. I was responsible for meeting with clientele on an at least weekly basis to work on treatment goals.

I was responsible for the safety and security of up to 10 children in an intensive care environment. I managed client allowances. I assisted in the supervision of staff and the development of treatment goals for children.

I performed quality assurance audits, completed facility coverage, analyzed facility coverage, and completed unknown injury inquiries.

I insured staff coverage for a unit with one cottage and four group homes that supported developmentally disabled individuals. I aided in the development of new schedule options for employees. I scheduled overtime. I provided direct care for consumers. I directly supervised up to 24 staff.
