Using the CCC collision estimating program, I assisted in estimating superficial and hidden damage to vehicles. There was often a need to tear down a vehicle or remove parts of the vehicle to see hidden damage, i.e. bumper, fender, tail lights, headlights, etc. I was also in charge of using the AirPro system scanner on every vehicle that came into the shop.

I acquired an apprenticeship with Direct Line working on the new Facebook data center in Los Lunas. I started my work on the construction build crew setting up the infrastructure for the network to be installed: drilling, measuring, grounding, putting up trapeze and waterfalls for cable trunks. I was first hired as a tire technician doing just oil changes and tire changes/repairs. I was given more mechanical responsibilities after one of the mechanics were fired. My sole mechanical responsibilities were: changing balls joints, brakes and rotors, shocks and struts, tie rods, performing alignments, performing maintenance flushes (brake, transmission, differential, coolant, intake), tune ups, and any other quick mechanical work that needed to be performed.
