This position is responsible for being the conduit between Corporate and Franchisees from a technical perspective. CMIT Solutions provides IT-based services to end-users that are supported by a network of over 600 technicians nationwide. My two main clients are: 1) Corporate and 2) the Franchisees. For Corporate: I am the documenter, assessor and planner for how to navigate issues that arise keeping in mind the overall company strategy and budget. For Franchisees: I support new Franchisee Onboarding with technical training and provide ongoing technical support for the Franchisee technician network.

Coordinated the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrading, and support of all IT systems for six hotel properties with 261 rooms and five food and beverage outlets.Planned and spearheaded IT operations planning to open Hotel Magdalena while overseeing an IT budget of $800K to manage and coordinate with external vendors and the General Contractor.Generated detailed build out and infrastructure related plans for the two newest Bunkhouse properties in the second quarter of 2020.

A key member of the Kasasa Technical Operations Team. This position's primary responsibility is to facilitate the technical install and support of Kasasa's hosted Account Opening software. A management position that encompassed all aspects of Information Technology for a major parts retailer in the Semi Conductor Industry. This was a wide reaching role, for a company facing an overhaul and update to their network. I was responsible for the maintenance of all internal network features including an in house ERP system (CONCORDIS). I was also responsible for the management of a number of vendors ranging from Communications to PHP/HTML development and Search Engine Optimization teams.
