At BIC I served as the Quality Manager, directly establishing, implementing, and overseeing all ISO 9001:2008, 9001:2015 processes implemented in our Quality Management System. I started with BIC in 2007 and played a key role in establishing a strong Quality System which helped the organization in being awarded multiple Supplier of the Year awards from our customers. I created customized databases to help with maintaining many of the quality records within the organization.My responsibilities consist of:• Performing and managing others to perform in-house inspections including 1st article inspections, in-process inspections, 1st PC inspections, receiving inspections, final inspections, PPAPS, SPC data.• Directly overseen and performed calibrations using various hand measuring tools, calipers, various micrometers, height gages, pin gages, threaded plug and ring gages, drop indicators, hardness tester, Optical Comparator, operating and programming both a manual CMM (PCDMIS Pro) and an Automated CNC/DCC CMM (Mitutoyo MCOSMOS)• Issued and Maintained quality records and documents such as Corrective Actions, Nonconformance Reports, Tracking of NC trends, internal, external Audits, and Calibration records.• Worked closely with customers concerning complaints and help with troubleshooting.• Prepared and overseen annual Management Reviews, processed and monitored quality objectives, maintained training records, control of documents, and schedule internal audits.• Served as a Lead Auditor at BIC and worked directly with our ISO registrar during Surveillance Audits and Re-Cert audits.

In charge of the Quality Assurance Department, CMM programing as well as the Shipping and Receiving Department.
