Like many young men, I aspired to have a career in professional baseball. I was athletically skilled and lucky to get my start in the Independent League where I played for 2 years.Life happened and my baseball career ended before I got out of Independent ball. But what stayed with me was the underdog mentality and the competitiveness of the game - both skills that have & continue to serve me well in business. The sales process in transportation and logistics is historically transactional business, our mission is to make it personal.Currently, at Supply Chain Solution Corp, I oversee sales and operations. Handle 15 internal and external sales reps. Coordinate daily with 5 managers of the transportation groups and oversee Finance and HR. We pride ourselves in being more than a typical logistics provider that gives out project quotes and searches for transactional business.
