- Distributor Pricing Manager compiles and distributes pricing reports/chain templates and gathers cost information for determining current profitability, pricing increase/cost changes, promotions, and QD levels.- Manages different distributor pricing portals and is in charge of checking QD compliance, supplier trends, BOGO deals, error handling, and report uploads.- Serves as the primary contact for the distributor business side of 99Bottles for the Baguio team and helps in training newly onboarded employees on the distributor side of 99Bottles.- Communicates concerns to the appropriate Distributor Key account managers and seeks resolution when pricing is off track.- Works directly with distributors to resolve any cost discrepancies and seek resolution within a reasonable time.- Directly responsible for pricing accuracy to distributors for completion of assigned work as well as organizing the assignments of multiple vendors to meet the expectations.- Maintains and regularly updates a pricing history database.- Manages Distributor Product Authorizations / Product Mapping using the 99Bottles software.- Responsible for creating different chain templates/pricing reports with high accuracies, such as Speedway, Costco, etc.- Creates and analyzes Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual reports. Assists in the monthly close process to ensure financial information has been recorded accurately.- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, while developing and maintaining procedures focused on pricing accuracy
