Complex problems require simple solutions. Simple enough to say but hard to achieve. I became very good at it. 38 years of military and civilian government service in Special Operations and senior leader education groomed me to not only handle my own complex problems but how to advise others on how they can go about solving their own. So, I occasionally provide leadership consultancy and volunteer within my community. But, mostly I am going about enjoying my retirement.
