Hello, everyone! I've been involved in helping others communicate more effectively for the last 30 years. After getting my Masters, I spent most of the 1990's with Kaset International/Achieve Global providing customer service training, consulting and measurement to customers all over the world. I then became an English language teacher and worked in Prague and Istanbul. I taught at the University level for 13 years in the United Arab Emirates. For most of that time, I was also working as a Speech Coach helping senior level executives communicate more effectively. At the Speech Improvement Company, we specialize in developing strong public speaking skills, using English effectively as the language of business, clear speaking (pronunciation and articulation) as well as presentation skills and improving communication effectiveness. If I can be helpful to you or others on your team to SPEAK WITH CONFIDENCE, it would be my pleasure to do so. We are able to use Zoom as our platform so I do not have to be in your office to work together. However, I love travel, so that is possible if you are not bothered by travel expenses.
