With 25+ years of progressively responsible experience in complex roles requiring exceptional instructional skills, emergency management, and leadership practices, I am extremely interested in acquiring a position as an adjunct faculty member with a college/university or other learning institution to help individuals achieve their personal goals in these areas. Throughout my career, I have established a track record of success by leveraging a collaborative work style to accomplish all short- and long-range objectives. An engaging and articulate communicator, I am able to clearly convey complex information in traditional, field-based, and virtual classroom formats, as well as in emergency situations requiring exceptional leadership practices. Furthermore, my focus on remaining at the forefront of the leadership, fire service, and emergency service industries enable me to drive innovation and maintain a competitive advantage. A small selection of my key projects and accomplishments includes… Developing and delivering program curriculum for the fire science program at the Associate’s and Bachelor program level as a program director and instructor at Manatee Technical College. Developing and implementing all aspects of a comprehensive training program to the North River Fire District in Palmetto, Florida. Working with individuals at all stages of their career to create and implement a career development plan to meet that individual's career and personal goals. Managing county events to ensure public safety standards were met and best practices were implemented for Manatee County, Florida. Confident that my qualifications will meet and exceed your expectations, I greatly look forward to meeting with you to discuss an adjunct faculty position.
