Developing and implementing all aspects of a comprehensive training program to the North River Fire District in Palmetto, Florida. Working with individuals at all stages of their career to create and implement a career development plan to meet that individual's career and personal goals. Managing county events to ensure public safety standards were met and best practices were implemented for Manatee County, Florida.
