Jeff is a global Human Resources executive and business partner who builds efficient and effective HR functions that align human capital with corporate growth strategy. He combines business savvy and commercial orientation with broad background in change management, leadership development, and talent management. Jeff is a creator of culture and purpose in HR organizations who brings broad industry experience across manufacturing, financial services, facilities management, and medical devices. He is also a respected executive coach and advisor.As Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Terumo Medical, a $900 million medical device manufacturer, he transformed the function to a business partner model, restaffing the function to upgrade talent and enhancing client satisfaction. He developed and implemented a total rewards strategy, introduced the company’s first recognition system, and redesigned the long-term incentive vehicle, establishing equitable and competitive compensation. He also led the COVID-19 Taskforce, with a proactive strategy and communications mechanism for workforce planning, safety protocols, and business continuity.Previously, as Senior Vice President, Human Resource Executive, for Bank of America’s Consumer Banking business, he conceived and developed Leading Change For Leaders, building leaders’ ability to help their organizations adapt to rapid change.Jeff has also served as Vice President, Human Resources for EMCOR, a $200 million outsourced facilities management company, where he articulated the talent retention and management strategy, a critical piece of the go-to-market strategy built around relationship building and establishing supporting human capital structure. He was also an integral member of the business development team, articulating EMCORs’ engagement and cultural identity for outsourced employees.Early in his career, Jeff advanced through several roles at Tyco International, including Vice President, Global Human Resources of the $3 billion Tyco Flow Control division, where he created a global HR function and strategy, hired its core leaders, and facilitated the transition of a highly acquisitive company to a truly global organization.Jeff holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo. He is a Coach and Mentor at A Woman’s Place, which provides service, education, and advocacy to victims of domestic and dating violence, and previously served as a Member of the Board.
