Staff/Direct reports consists of 8 area managers that involve all aspects of receiving, shipping, processing, rework, VAS area and all other related departments for numerous customers. Red Prairie is our WMS and another responsibility is to create waves/batches for our numerous departments and customers.Staffing additions and reduction due to volume and needs of customers. We use a heavy temp base which allows us to meet peaks in customers unit plans.Payroll management, being a 3pl company our payroll is our number one expense and as part of my responsibility is to ensure we are staffed to not only service our customer but to also stay within our cost to revenue goals.Safety within all departments, Process improvements, production goals, SOP’s are beingfollowed and are updated regularly and also forklift training.New customer implementation and start up. Work with IT to set up picking, orderprocessing functions, wave creations, billing structure and overall SOP’s per customersrequirements.

Had a staff that consisted of 35 associates, 1 supervisor and 2 lead associates that reporteddirectly to me. I was responsible for the day to day processing of all orders that cameinto the call center with same day processing guranteed until 3pm on rush orders. Maintaned a 99.96% QC level with all outbound shipments. This was an independent audit check performed by our QC department.
