In live events & festivals as the Founder and Director of Kicks Entertainment & Spilt Milk Festival (2007 – current), and in Recorded Music as the Director of Recordings for Ministry of Sound Australia (2007-2017).Jeff has been responsible for more than 20 Platinum and Gold records for MoS and was instrumental to the labels creative and strategic direction and commercial success. With his own company Kicks, Jeff has co-created and built multiple highly successful event brands and music festivals.He understands not just what the market wants, but why it’s wanted and how it should be delivered.
