I have been providing trust and safety to customers since before the term was ever coined and my passion for doing so is as strong today as it was back then.My contentment comes from protecting members and companies from fraudulent activities and creating barriers for future bad behaviors. This includes data analysis, project management, phone, chat, emails, charge back analysis and any other type of fraud not yet thought up.When I'm not protecting the internet I'm working on my third fiction novel. I have successfully published two novels which have both been met with positive response.I have a wife and small child and these things make up my life but I am looking for something more challenging professionally.
