Responsible for all national partnerships & marketing programs for the PGA of Canada and it's 3,600 PGA Professionals that manage/operate over 1,500 golf facilities in the country. Leads the PGA Business Development portfolio with all planning, forecasting, execution and activation for over 25 national partners including blue chip brands - RBC, The Lincoln Motor Company, Mercedes-Benz, Mr. Lube, Molson, Dove Men+Care, NewEra, DCM, LivRelief, NoSweat, AVION Collection, ECCO, Movado, BioSteel, Under Armour and golf industry leaders - Titleist & FootJoy, TaylorMade, adidas Golf Canada, NIKE, GolfTV & Callaway.Responsible for an increase of over 700% in sponsorship sales for the PGA of Canada over the last 9 years from the previous generation including a 90% renewal rate. Responsible for managing over 100 workshops across the country for PGA Professionals to attend each season on teaching, coaching and retail management.Responsible for working with 3,600 PGA Professionals in country to best equip them with the tools and resources to build their career and work with golf facilities in the country on hiring practices and postings for PGA Professionals to manage their club.

Lead the property for all sales and marketing programs for the semi-private facility in membership, public, corporate, weddings, special events and tournaments. Convinced ownership and executed program to build awareness of facility beyond local area in an attempt to be ranked by industry experts. The result was the highest ranking of any facility in Northern Ontario and a badge of honour still worn by the club today. Hosted the 2004 Canadian Club Champions Championship.
