Senior HR leader for Oracle Consulting, HR responsibility for a customer facing 2000 employee workforce that is geographically dispersed and delivers software consulting services and customer solutions. Accountable for consulting operations, consulting sales and strategic business development. Areas of professional focus include employee relations, organizational evolution and design, workforce planning, talent management, employee compensation and retention.

Interm role following Nortel divestiture Responsible for providing HR leadership to a diverse group of Avaya business units including the Data Solutions product group with targeted revenue of $1B and approximatley 900 employees. HR Business Parnter for the global Business Development sales organization and the Americas Inside Sales operations. Appointed the Nortel employee integartion leader for the North American sales force transition into the Avaya Sales organization. The Avaya assignment was a transitional role following the divestiture of Nortel Enterprise Solutions.

Responsible for HR leadership of 1,500 sales employees located throughout the Americas generating $1.05B in revenues. Function as the senior business partner for a leadership team including two presidents, seven VPs and thirty-two branch managers. Accountable for organization effectiveness, sales compensation, recruitment in addition to formulating people strategy that maximizes revenue generation. Recognized as a key contributor to the executive leadership team.

Led the HR function for the data products research and development organizaiton comprised of 2,500 scientists, engineers, designers and technical staff. Development of these products contributed $2.5 billion in revenue generation.

Responsible for corproate employee relations functions for the eastern United States. Accountable for FMLA, Title VII, EEO, FLSA and all compliance matters. Accountable for labor relations, OFCCP audits, and discrimination/harassment investigations.
