My career has been focused on creating Operational Excellence in manufacturing companies through the use and application of commercial and custom software in conjunction with refined business processes. I was tasked with training the users and redesigning business processes as needed to run on the new software. I was also responsible for ensuring the entire computer system (including the AS/400, the Novell Network and the PCs) were available as required by the business.
