With over 23 years of experience in food and beverage manufacturing, I'm passionate about helping small to midsize CPG companies find operational success in a variety of ways. So I founded SwoleOps to share my wealth of knowledge with brands that need to grow, change, or simply improve their systems or processes to fuel results. I've successfully led teams through the outsourcing and shutting down of a manufacturing plant (done the right way for employees), a successful rebranding without any service/product disruptions, helped install a management operating system suited to the company, facilitated a re-implementation of an ERP , and even led a variety of process improvement projects over two years that improved efficiencies, removed excess labor (24%), and improved COGS ($1.2MM). And as a formally trained black belt and in lean manufacturing, I've learned how to practically use these tools in the workplace at the right times to achieve results. Before venturing out to help other companies, I most recently was the COO at Jot Labs, leading two different build outs of the production facility as we vertically integrated to improve quality and costs.
