As a dedicated Detention Officer with a strong background in correctional facility operations, I take pride in maintaining safety, security, and order. My role as a member of the Disturbance Control Team and Quartermaster allows me to ensure that our team is always prepared to respond effectively to any situation.In addition to my operational duties, I serve as a Field Training Officer and Disturbance Control Team Instructor, where I am passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of officers. My commitment to teaching and leadership drives me to help others reach their full potential, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this challenging environment.I am motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact every day and strive to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all aspects of my work.
