Directly briefed the Commander, USFK on multiple occasions during heightened tensions as the fusion chief. Served as the J2 lead briefer, highlights include briefings to over 50 US and ROK general officers, briefing to UN Command members Ambassadors, and daily intelligence briefings to the Commander and key staff. Served as the chief of targeting for the J3 in the Joint Fires Cell. Led a comprehensive review of all DPRK targets, coordinating with IC agencies and USINDOPACOM, resulting in an updated approach using new data and techniques. Led the Joint Targeting Coordination Board for the command and integrated several working groups and offices in the targeting process that had never participated, but added tremendously to the quality and accuracy of information provided senior generals. Provided regular one-on-one updates to the J3. Incorporated Cyber options in joint targeting considerations as doctrine was still emerging. Used innovated practices to use cyber options in cooperation with lethal and non-lethal fires to reinforce effects and enhance operational results.
