I am an accomplished senior executive with more than 20 years’ experience leading high growth companies through business plan development, organizational change, strategic planning, brand and product launches and capital markets financing including both debt and equity capital. I have significant experience working with both Canadian and international companies on strategic plans, partnership agreements and a wide range of financial transactions including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, strategic reviews and fairness opinions. I have demonstrated success at project management and new business development and have a proven ability to build relationships with clients, board members, executive team members and direct reports. I am an effective communicator, motivator and team builder with strong quantitative and analytical skill sets. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia, an LLB / MBA from the UWO Law School and the Richard Ivey School of Business and have been a CFA Charter holder since 2006.
