3PL operation, I was in charge of setting up new accounts. I managed 3 warehouses in the twin cities, and 2 accounts with upwards of 12 direct reports. I was tasked with hiring, training, payroll, and overall account management. During my time I was able to set up 2 major accounts, promote multiple employees, and established relationships with customers both international and domestically.
