Starting in the telecommunications field in 2000 as a Technical Support Representative, I quickly gained interest for all things Networking and began to study and gain hands on experience working on WANs, LANs, Firewalls and anything else network related. I also continued to develop my customer support and sales engineering skills by continually interfacing with customers and other staff to refine our support procedures and grow the customer relationship.Moving from a WAN-centric company (AppliedTheory) to more of a Datacenter-centric company (Navisite) I quickly gained experience in Datacenter network architecture and related technologies and continue today to apply those skills to my current position where I manage, design and maintain both the Datacenter network as well as the Wide Area Network that we have at USA Datanet.More recently in my current position I am finding an interest in researching and developing Data, Security and VOIP services for our target customers.
