Been a Realtor since 1980. Started JEFF REALTY in 1988. Been actively involved with real estate industry association's activities since 1989 till to-date. ( almost 4 decades. )Our firm's focus is on a very niche market of managing properties for individual owners both locally and overseas. We help owners to purchase properties, re-develop or renovate then manage them as assets for leasing.Held several positions in industry associations. Currently, the President for the Institute of Estate Agents, Singapore ( IEA ). Appointed as an International Member of the Board of Directors for the National Association of REALTORS(NAR) with over a million members in USA in 2012, 2017 & 2018.Invited as a Member of the Advisory Committee for the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Committee in 2012.Member of NAR and FIABCI-Singapore Chapter. a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) & Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Trainer respectively.Experienced as Expert Witness in several Court proceedings in relation to property transactions in Singapore.Have been invited as Speaker to the 2012 NAR Convention in Florida and the 2007 World FIABCI World Congress in Thailand. Again invited by NAR to speak at the 2013 NAR Annual Convention in November in San Francisco. Have also been invited as Speaker to share the many experiences in countries like Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Oman, USA, Thailand and of course in Singapore as well.Awarded the International REALTOR Member of the Year by the National Association of REALTORS(NAR) in 2013.
