▪ Responsibility for delivery of the project(s) outcomes including management of the project budget.▪ Ensure the key stakeholders for each project have input, visibility and commitment to the intended outcomes.▪ Provide guidance, coaching and leadership to the Project's PMO workstream;▪ Plan, organize, direct, control and coordinate the greater Project and workstreams, including EY teams, 3rd party vendor teams, individual contractors and FSNI internal teams;▪ Direct the EY team to assist in delivering against their contract obligations for the Project; Direct the day to day running of the Project;▪ Provide feedback on the Project's status, budget, schedule, risks, issues, health, and progress.▪ Review documents produced by the Project workstreams;▪ Attend and lead meetings/calls with the Client and the Project team▪ Integrate with the FSNI Supply Chain Leadership Team with dual reporting to the General Manager Supply Chain and IT Solution Delivery Manager▪ Manage stakeholders at all levels across Supply Chain, IT and Implementation partners.▪ Prepare documents for Board Submissions▪ Plan, design, build and execute the WMS Implementation into the Client’s newest facility – the Largest grocery DC in New Zealand. This project was managed remotely during COVID with teams located across 5 countries and has successfully met all timeline and budget milestones.
