I am a retired Sergeant First Class from the Army Reserves. I was awarded the Bronze Star for my leadership during a fifteen month deployment to Iraq supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom. I posses a strong desire to accomplish whatever task is given to me and further become more efficient as I continue. I have served in a leadership capacity of some sort for the last fifteen years in various organizations. I fully embrace a team concept; anyone can contribute regardless of their rank/position. I carry these attributes with me every day in whatever task is put in front of me. These experiences/mindsets have allowed me to excel in my current position as an Estimator. I easily acclimate to changes around me as I realize that change is necessary and often leads to the road of success. I perceive the bumps in the road during that change as extra tools that I am armed with to do my current job and whatever lies ahead.
