With over 20 years of Quality Assurance, Business Analysis and Project Management working in both the Public and Private sectors, I have gained experience supporting Tier 1 ERP, CMS and BI products, COTS and custom build applications. I have lead corporate product quality systems, including setting of corporate quality goals, managing and improving all aspects of the quality system, product quality, and documentation requirements for advanced digital solutions.I have strong leadership and team building skills, managing the quality assurance team to ensure product quality is met from early design through high-volume production. Proven experience with application design and development, measurement and management techniques, analysis of product and process failures, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventative actions as required. My extensive testing knowledge includes the following: unit testing; integration tests; regression testing; systems testing; performance testing, acceptance testing; developing test strategies; developing and executing test cases, test scripts and test plans; creating and presenting test-related reports; analyzing test results.
