2009 - 2017: Executive Director / Business Program ManagerThis role reports into the Business / Operational PMO (Project Management Organization) and provides a more business-oriented point of view with regard to Projects and Project Management. The intent is to ensure that there is sufficient focus on project prioritization, business requirements, user testing, and employee readiness in addition to the technology aspects of a project.Manage a Team of Project Managers and Business Analysts with overall responsibility for Portfolio and Project Management services in support of several business areas. The effort spanned numerous retiring and end-state systems and required working with over 900 managers covering over 7,600 Employees across dozens of business areas and resulted in the processing of thousands of systems access changes which were implemented with no Go-Live impacts.- Facilitated development and implementation of a new, strategic workflow system to automate payment processing resulting in process improvement and estimated cost reduction in excess of $3MM+ annually.- Implemented large, multi-year systems conversion initiatives which resulted in a smaller technology footprint and annual cost reduction of $10MM+ annually.2003 - 2009: Technology Senior Project Manager / Program ManagerThis role reported into the Technology organization and provided the Project Management disciplines required for technology projects.
