Develop web applications, web services and screen scrapers that interact with government services for the Oncorp website using C#, SQL, LINQ, ASP.NET, HTML, Javascript and JQuery

At the OICR I am in charge of the data analytics and graphics library.I use R (lattice and grid), C++ and Perl to create novelplotting libraries and pipelines to analyze critical genomic data. I also manage the Postgres SQL database for our prostate cancer clinical data and contribute to the development of our continuous development environment.

Developed a frontend, backend and database structure from scratch for awebsite to help international high school students find the best international university for their post secondary studies. Used Python (Django) for the back end, React for the front end, and SQL for the database.

Helped a professor conduct research on clean combustion by creating a cloudbased visualization tool using ParaView, OpenFOAM, Python, Javascript andHTML5. This tool would show a 3D viewport on a webpage and would allow the userto interact and manipulate the data from any computer at any location.

Worked on the multiplayer gameplay team on the Gears of War 4 game. Wrote the code from the beginning for the new "Escalation" game mode. Developed many of the new weapons as well as many features for the new Chaos horde mode. All code was written using UE4 C++ and Blueprints, and was all networked for multiplayer gameplay.

Developed driver code for the AMD: Fiji graphics card using C++. Used kernel debugging to fix engineering problem reports. Did bench marking for the new graphics cards compared to the old ones and competitors products.
