In my current role as COO, I provide oversight, strategic direction, and leadership to operations departments, such as facilities/maintenance, technology, food/nutrition services, and transportation. Moreover, I utilize my leadership acumen to supervise and motivate over 100 employees and four directors. I also build and deploy numerous systems used throughout the operations department. Additionally, I attend board of education meetings and provide regular updates and reports. I also support senior management in the creation and execution of the district's strategic plan as well as achieve numerous strategic goals. I use my communication skills to cultivate and sustain robust relationships and partnerships with local municipalities and counties.The following are my notable accomplishments:• Administered and maintained an approximately $15M budget across operations departments and capital reserve fund.• Acted as a core member of the district leadership team, ensuring the completion of bond-approved capital projects totaling approximately $150M.• Oversaw the implementation of one of the nation's first school district private LTE wireless networks, allowing low-income families to access the Internet at home for zero cost.• Structured and rolled out a $20M staff housing program.• Designed and deployed systems, guiding the educational organization with approximately 1000 staff members and 5300 students through the COVID

During my time within Roaring Fork School District, I spearheaded several second-order change efforts, including the school system's migration to Google Workspace for a variety of functions including e-mail, document management, and file sharing. Furthermore, I organized and headed technology-specific professional development sessions for teachers and other district staff.A list of contributions that I have been responsible for includes:• Initiated and launched a 1:1 Chromebook initiative, including over 4,000 Chromebooks for students grades 3-12.• Maximized efficiency across the entire accounting department through the management of $1.5M budget.

In this tenure, I conceived and organized the local pike's peak region technology professional's forum. In addiitonal, I utilized data from assessments to design and monitor important uses of technology in the classroom. I also presided over a district-wide technology advisory group.One key achievement in this period includes: • Planned and implemented a CDE reporting system to guarantee timely submission of all required CDE reports two weeks in advance of the due date.
