Mr. Germain has over thirty years of retail brokerage experience and has worked in several western states including CO, AZ, NM, NV, TX, UT and WY. He has completed a wide variety of deal types including small shop, mid-sized, big box and ground leases, as well as pad sales, land sales, shopping center acquisitions and dispositions.
