In my current position with Beaulieu, I am able to impact key measures through High Performance and a Servant Leadership Mentality. I wish to expand my impact in support of Beaulieu’s visions to be both the Supplier and Employer of Choice in the industry by using the process knowledge, cost and waste reduction experience, and intrapersonal skills that I have learned, and displayed throughout my career.

Responsibilities included frontline supervision of 80+ hourly employees and 3 other salaried supervisors. Responsible for setting production schedules and standards for the twisting department. Implemented a cross training initiative to allow operators to gain experience on multiple types of twisting and heatset equipment. Helped plant scheduler maintain a steady flow of raw materials to incur a minimal amount of downtime while maintaining a "just in time" warehouse philosophy.

Worked on and maintained twisting and heatset machinery including Volkmann, Superba, Belmont, and Seussen. Also maintained a CIMS packing system.
