About Jeff Gilbert

Jeff is an experienced litigator in all aspects of Family Law. He regularly serves as an Amicus in child custody matters as well as provides Mediation services in Divorce, Child Custody and Civil disputes. Jeff is an AV Rated (10+ Years) Attorney and 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 Texas Super Lawyer who is involved throughout the Community. Jeff and his staff work tirelessly to assist families and individuals in times of crisis. As a Divorce Attorney, Jeff strives to guide clients through what can be a chaotic time with reassurance borne out of experience both personally and professionally. As a Criminal Defense attorney, Jeff uses his experience to assist individuals who often have had no interaction with the Criminal Justice System who need a voice and advocate when the cards seem stacked against them. In addition to his active practice, he is honored to serve as the Presiding Judge for the Municipal Court for the City of Angleton. He also is a member of the Planning Commission for the City of Lake Jackson.
