My current position as a Finishing A Operator has allowed the opportunity to view business from a systemic as opposed to task oriented perspective of human resources and interactions. You see, from the geographic location of my primary machine I am in the perfect path to view human interactionions and their subsequent affects. These observations have struck a chord in my psyche. I can't help wondering about the symbiotic relationship between individual choices altering the personality of connected social systems; and, how in turn the individual is changed from the personality of the Company.
