Increasing responsibilities including:• Provide direction and guidance on SHEA policies for Energizer Battery Manufacturing production facilities in China, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Egypt, Kenya, Sri Lanka, Philippines, and North America.• Provide technical consultation, direction, and innovative approaches to achieve environmental excellence through continuous improvement.Achievements / Position Highlights;• Developed and led the training of 150 Singaporeans regarding the Lithium Battery manufacturing process as it pertained to SHEA. Audited the Singapore facility for compliance.• Led the global implementation of the safety injury/incident electronic tracking system.• Developed the International Environmental Guidelines and conducted the first-ever baseline international environmental audits.

Increasing responsibilities including:• Conducting Hazard Assessment reviews for new chemicals, equipment, and processes that are progressing through the gate review process. These assessments were done to determine EH&S risks. • Guiding and directing environmental program improvements at international facilities located in England, France, Indonesia, Malaysia, Egypt, Sri Lanka, and China.
