Drive the initiative for home health care in acute care, primary care, short/long term care, and dialysis facilities by:- Helping to make the case for lower readmission rates- Generating physician and nurse referrals- Home care admissions through Medicare- Coordinating skilled nursing and physician visits- Maintaining contact with clinicians and creating an uptick in overall patient care and satisfaction

Responsibilities include the following essential functions:Establish and maintain a relationship with referral sources in the medical community. Responsible for obtaining a predetermined number of oxygen referrals per month.Identify and develop new referral sources. Prepare for and participate in trade shows, exhibits and advertising campaigns.Conducts in-service for referral sources educating them in the use and application of Lincare equipment.Initiate resolution to complaints from referral sources with the appropriate management.Prepare and submit approved plans for sales territory management. Provide marketing information to management as requested and/or made available.Follow up on referral sources or patients to identify problems with product or services and report to management.Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts.Understand and provide information on Medicare and insurance procedures, pricing information, and product information to referral sources.Assist the centers in the assurance of clean paperwork before information is sent to reimbursement offices for billing and collection activities.

-Manage accounts within Dell's Preferred Accounts Division for the Northern California area.-Work directly with specialized account team to assist customers in simplifying their IT infrastructure with enterprise level hardware and high-end management and deployment options-Quote and sell client systems, software, services and support
