Operational primary focus was to build and implement start up strategy for new and existing customers. It included setting strategic direction and day to day operations as they relate to client service and execution and revenue expansion.

Managed outdoor advertising and print marketing for local and national companies in the North East Ohio area. Services included billboards, wallscapes, mobile, print advertising and select media purchases. Our company owned and operated our own in house media such as highway billboards and mobile signs.

Lakefront Lines Inc., Hopkins Transportation Services, Inc. and US Event Services was 16th largest family owned and operated transportation company in North America and largest in Ohio prior to the sale in April, 2008. We operated anywhere from 100-200 vehicles throughout Ohio. These types of late model vehicles ranged from motor coach with and without wheel chair capabilities (47-56 passenger), mini buses (21-25 passenger), school buses (20 -70 passenger), wheel chair vans (8-15 passenger), transit buses (20-40 passenger), vans (11-15 passenger), limousines (6-10 passenger) and sedans(2-4 passenger). Our primary focus was in charter, tour services, line run, contractual services, hotel shuttles, parking employee shuttles and event and transportation planning. With offices in Cleveland, Toledo, Columbus and Cincinnati. We had contractual service as far as San Jose, Ca. and Laurel, MD. Line Run Services as far as Chicago, Il and Buffalo, NY. Event Planning services as far as Seattle, WA, Detroit , MI, San Diego, CA and Miami, FL. Vice President - Contracted special events, organizations, municipalities, local and national and international companies to arrange and implement transportation services, tours and special events. Assignments often focused on conducting internal and external needs assessments, identifying market solutions and modeling and the best course of action related to servicing the customer and optimally execute the strategic performance. Day to day operations of all departments where overseen by management in weekly and monthly meetings to ensure the distinct and unique service schedules.
