Shepherded relationships between publisher, developer and marketing departments. While at Papyrus, I delivered two hit titles: NASCAR Racing 4 and NASCAR Racing 2002 Season. Led a studio of innovators and leaders in the racing simulation genre. Responsible for the P&L and day-to-day operations. Additional oversight and financial responsibility for large art studio in St. Petersburg Russia. Managed international cross functional teams and art outsourcing efforts. Accountable for shipping high quality products on time and within budget. Oversaw all phases of development, from product inception through delivery.
